Job Description
- Responsible for overall business development strategy to increase clientele base
- Identify new business opportunities, monitor and analyse sales and business development activities
- Explore new long term strategic business developments for the company; explore and design new products/services to the clients
- Responsible in preparing and submitting tenders for business opportunities
- Responsible for overall clients management, and to foster strong business relationships with clients
- Represent the Company and engage with government, industry professional bodies, associations, institutions of higher learnings, and other third parties organisations
- Liaise with relevant institutions and schools to increase scholars’ database; invite scholars to deposit their resume/information online
- Develop strategic market position as the expert in scholarship management, scholars management and job placement for scholars
- Carry out market research and competitor analysis on scholarship management, scholars management and graduate placement studies
- Work with and support other process owners to liaise with university partners on programme collaboration and articulations
- Work with and support other process owners to identify and link up with industry partners for internship and graduate placements
- Work with Scholar Management team for content mapping and articulation, and in delivery of online portal design and development
- Work with external IT vendor for the development and implementation of the online scholarship management portal
- Develop marketing collaterals/presentation slides/tools
- Provide regular and timely reports and feedbacks to the Management and relevant stakeholders
- Be involved in related activities as required by the Management
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree; at least 5 years of experience in similar role
- Candidate must be willing to travel
- Candidate must be passionate about building a career in sales, business development
- Great interpersonal skills; Excellent in presentation skills; client management skills;
- Exceptionally self-motivated & directed; resourceful; creative & innovative
