Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven professional to contribute sales efforts for our IT training and certification programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, selling IT learning courses to corporate clients, and achieving revenue targets. This role combines sales expertise with an understanding of the IT training industry, client learning needs, and corporate upskilling strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Client Acquisition
- Generate leads and pursue new business opportunities for IT training and certification programs.
- Promote training services such as Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, CompTIA, cybersecurity, cloud, and software development courses.
- Identify client training needs and recommend suitable programs or custom learning paths.
- Account Management
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate HR, L&D, and IT departments.
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and training solutions tailored to client goals.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction to support renewals and referrals.
- Market Strategy & Campaigns
- Plan and responsible for marketing campaigns, webinars, and events to generate interest in training offerings.
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and market demands to guide sales strategy.
- Help shape training product offerings based on customer feedback.
- Responsible for socia media marketings on SEO, FB, Instagram and other related platforms
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with training delivery, operations, and content development teams.
- Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Education, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT training or corporate education.
Skills:
- Knowledge of IT certifications and training landscapes (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, ITIL, CompTIA).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client learning needs and translate them into training solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
