With our in-house iSMS, you not only significantly reduce the load of administrative tasks, in addition they will have an access to the management reports at a click of a button.
Research & Development and Scholarship Process
MCS provides R&D and Scholarship Process designed according to your needs; objectives of the scholarship programme, budget and target audience. Our scholarship design team will further analyse and research on your requirements and finalise the scholarship design and framework to meet your needs. Thereafter, our team will share our insightful observations, suggestions and best practice recommendations to enhance the programme. The R&D service and IT management solution helps you reduce your cost significantly through an IT management programme set up.
MCS also assists clients to streamline and simplify your existing scholarship management process. Our team reviews and integrates the existing system into our in-house IT solution system.
Call Centre and Customer Service
A Call Centre and dedicated customer service team have been set up to support you in handling scholars' enquiries and administrative matters on a daily basis. This Centre helps you in managing enquiries from scholars, and serves as an effective dedicated channel for you to communicate with scholars on their latest information, events, news and other related matters.
The customer service team consists of two divisions –
- The Scholar Management Team – this team answers and processes administrative matters such as claims from scholars, calls and emails from scholars, and scholars' academic results.
- The Counsellors Team – this team assists scholars to overcome and handle issues and challenges in studies.
In addition, you are able to login to iSMS to view all the reports on each individual scholar's academic performance. MCS offers comprehensive and detailed reports which assess and measure scholars' performance which can be exported from iSMS. These online reports replace the old conventional hardcopy reports and improve efficiency and timeliness.
